We're sorry to hear that you've forgotten your password, Roanne and we'd be happy to help you reset it.
If you have forgotten your password but remember your Online Banking user name and have U.S. Social Security number, you do have the option to reset your password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the log in page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, and after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
Just in case you do not remember your user name or don't have a Social Security number, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you reset your Online Banking password in no time. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. If you've forgotten your password for BusinessDirect, we ask that you contact us directly by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours or by calling us 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562, Option 2 to speak with our Small Business Banking Specialists.
Additionally, if you're looking to change the verification password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours. If you do remember the current verification password and would like to update it, you may contact our 24/7 Customer Service department at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank Store.
