Hello Lillie, thanks for joining us today. We apologize for any confusion with your mobile deposits.
As long as your mobile deposits were successfully made, the deposits should appear as pending on your account. If you do not see your deposits under your pending transactions, you may want to confirm that your deposits were successfully made through the app. First, you'll want to log in to the app, and select the 'Mobile Deposit' button on the menu in the upper left corner. Then, you'll click the 'Mobile Deposit History' button to view all past mobile deposits within the last 30 days. If your deposits are shown under this list, your deposits were successful.
