Is there anyway to see where and when my card was used?

We're sorry to hear about this, Jeanette. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
We ask that you contact our 24/7 Gift Card Customer Service by dialing 888-294-2249, using Option 1 for assistance in cancelling your card and getting a new one reissued. If you had previously registered your card or if we're able to locate the account, a Representative will be happy to help you.
