Hi. My daughter will be spending a year abroad, studying in Israel. I am looking for a debit card that will have no foreign transaction fee or ATM usage fee. Do you have such a product?

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your inquiry, Dan. Awesome to hear your daughter is going to study abroad and we would be glad to provide some options.
To find an account that best fits your daughter's needs, please take a look at our Checking Selector Tool: http://bit.ly/1gAWlhY and visit http://bit.ly/UbFOwS for the different types of checking accounts TD Bank offers. We also offer savings accounts, feel free to take a look at http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT for more detailed information on each particular Savings Account available at TD Bank. You may find it helpful to check out our customized Savings Selector tool, found here: http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd
Your daughter can make withdraws from an ATM from an international location, please make sure that the ATM machine displays either the VISA or PLUS logo. The TD Bank Debit Card may also be used to obtain a VISA Cash Advance if a compatible ATM is not available. Please note non-TD ATM fees still may apply. Our most up to date Fee Schedule can be found here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Please take note that many ATMs outside the United States limit withdrawals to checking accounts only; if your daughter choses to open a savings account as well, she can use TD Bank Online to make transfers if more funds are needed. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case your daughter was to encounter any acceptance issues. Hope this answers your question and hope your daughter has a wonderful trip.
