To update your address information, we recommend connecting with as at your earliest convenience to ensure you receive your new card via mail at your new address. You may contact us 24/7 via phone at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist.
You may also log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to update your address. After logging in, please visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, and Email Address link to send your new contact information.
Another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

As always, you may also change your address by visiting a local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For locations and hours, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you will be visiting a location, please make sure to bring a Valid Photo ID (Driver's license, state issued photo ID, Passport, etc.) and proof of address such as a phone or utilities bill.
Please be advised that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
You'll be glad to learn that your current TD Visa Debit card is valid until the last date of the expiration month printed on your card. In your case, your card should be valid through 9/30/2015. Once your address has been updated, a new TD Bank Visa Debit or ATM Card will be issued automatically approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the expiration date. Your new TD Debit Card should arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
You are also welcome to visit us during lobby hours to obtain a new card immediately if you wish.
