Happy Wednesday, Marylyn! We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing with your online banking, and we'll be more than happy to help! Here at TD Bank, we offer our personal Customers with the ability to have their User Name saved through their Personal Online Banking by simply checking the 'Remember Me' box, and based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though this may be occurring. Should you wish to have this removed, you will first want to access the TD Bank Personal Online Banking log on page, which you can do by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Next, simply uncheck the 'Remember Me' box! We'd also like to mention that most internet browsers, such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari, offer the option to save your log on information for sites that you may visit frequently. If the 'Remember Me' box is already unchecked on the TD Bank sign on page, it sounds as though you may have saved your information with your browser directly. To have this removed; we recommend checking in your browser's settings, or connecting with one of their Specialist for further assistance. We sincerely hope this helps, Marylyn, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions. Take care, and have a great rest of your day!
