Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Jeffrey. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
For your safety and security, withdrawal limits are placed on your debit card. Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 43 - 45) to view our Funds Availability Policy; which includes ATM limits. If you need to withdraw more than what is allotted, you have a few options for a limit increase.
You are able to send us a fax in order to raise your debit card. You may do so 24/7. Please send our Fulfillment Team a fax with the following information to 856-534-1138:
• Subject: Limit Increase
• Account Number
• Debit/ATM Card Number
• Your Name • Contact Telephone Number
• Amount of increase or decrease
• Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM
• Your Signature
You are also able to request a limit increase by sending a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." In your message, please include the information listed above in the fax option.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Keep in mind that the limit increases are only valid for one calendar day and will return to the original amount after this time passes. If your request is received after 6:00PM, the increase will remain in effect for one additional calendar day.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon, Jeffrey and have a good day.
