I need help. this is the first time I am going to use online banking. i tried logging in but with no luck.

If you're unable to log in to your account and believe you have the correct User Name, you may reset your password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Forgot your password?" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
