Hi Macielle and thanks for joining us on TD Helps today.
If you lost your TD ATM/Visa Debit card, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. You can do so by calling us at 888-751-9000. We are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help upon account verification. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Another option, if you plan to be near a TD Bank soon, you may close your TD ATM/Visa Debit card by visiting your local TD Bank Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately.
