Before we begin, we'd like to take a moment to explain that TD Bank is no longer offering Auto Loans; however, your daughter would have the option to refinance her car on her own as a personal loan, or she may also refinance it through her dealership.
If she would like to apply for a TD Bank Personal Loan, she may do so online, over the phone, or at her nearest TD Store location.
To start, we invite you and your daughter to take a look at the link here: https://go.td.com/1f9XZWu, as it provides additional information on the current Personal Loans offered by TD Bank. Should your daughter wish to apply, she may do so from here by clicking the orange 'Apply Now' button. This link will also show her more information such as rates and terms for each loan.
If she'd rather speak with a Specialist directly in regard to her concerns, she's more than welcome to contact our Financial Solutions Group over the phone, 24/7, at 800-937-5020 to speak with a Financing Specialist. Or if she prefers, she's also welcome to visit her nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. If your daughter is interested in refinancing through her dealership, she will need to contact them to determine if TD Auto Finance is within their network. If so, per her request, her dealership and TD Auto Finance will connect directly to refinance her car.
