Hi there Rick,
Thanks for reaching out today, what a good question.
If you have a valid form of primary identification, we can help you withdraw funds in any of our Stores with a Teller. Since we understand that you may not have your Driver's license right now, in lieu of that you can use any of these primary IDs:
-State Issued ID with Photo and Signature
-Federal Government Employee ID with Photo
-US Government VISA with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-US Passport with Signature
-US Armed Forces (Military) ID with Photo \
You may also be able to use two forms of secondary identification in place of a primary form of ID, if you don't have any of the above handy. These include an employment ID with photo and signature, US birth certificate, college ID or welfare ID among others. If you don't have a primary ID, we would recommend contacting your local Store before you visit to see what they might be able to accept, based on the ID you have and the amount you'd like to withdraw.
