Belk had my address wrong, my add is XXX Betty Drive , they had XXXX Debby Drive. Then they called my American Express without my knowledge trying to clear transaction, it did, guess lady in charge thought it said it didn't so she tried placing 1 item at a time to Am Exp. They were not pleased. I did not find out for 6 days. I have Corporate helping me but the system keeps rejecting my password & locks my account!

When logging in to Online Banking, it is first a good idea to make sure that your Caps Lock is off and your Num Lock is on. This could be causing Online Banking to not recognize the information you are submitting.
