So glad to hear that you just opened an account with us, Michael! Welcome and we’d be happy to get you started on the right foot.
To enroll for TD Online Banking, if you have already received your TD Debit/ATM Card and you know your account number, you may enroll by using our Self-Service feature here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have a card or know your account number, no worries! If you've already had a transaction occur on your account, feel free to give us a call at 888-751-9000, available 24/7 to speak with a Banking Specialist who, after account verification would be happy to help get you set up! If you prefer, you could also visit us during lobby hours for additional help. To locate the nearest TD Bank Store, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for choosing us, Michael! Let us know if you have other questions and take care.
