I tried to reset it online but it said that I need to call you. So I wanted to know if I can still use my card to pay cause I'm not in The US right now and I can't call at the bank for now.

Even if you're locked out of your Online Banking don't worry, you can still use your account however you please, but we would love to help you log back in so that you may view your account activity.
Since your Online Banking account is already locked, we ask that you call our Digital Banking Specialists, who are available 24/7, at 800-493-7562 for further assistance. You may also call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you gain your online access back immediately.
