I used it, was prompted to change the temporary password (which I did) but it stopped me saying "Not authorized talk to your administrator about assigning a role to you". This is Business Direct. We first recommend reaching out directly to the administrator of this Business Direct profile. Please make sure they have set the permissions for this account properly so that you can log in.
If they are unsure of how to set this up, please have them contact us directly at 800-493-7562, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store during normal business hours with their valid photo ID, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help both of you.
