Hi there, I have moved back to Ireland fairly recently and don't have a reason to keep my TD bank accounts open. How is the best way to close them? Send a snail mail letter with all account details and ask for them to be consolidated and the remaining balance to be sent in a bank draft (in Euro) to my Irish address? Or is it possible to do via email? Thanks.

Thank you for connecting with us on TD Helps, Michele.
We'd like to let you know that you’ve reached TD Bank here in the United States. Based on the information we received from you, we believe you were trying to reach out to our affiliate, TD Canada Trust. If you need to connect with our friends up to the North, you may do so from any country outside the Canada by dialing their international toll-free number for EasyLine, IAC-800-2223-4561 (IAC - International Access Code), or collect to (416) 983-5393.
Additionally, if you may also feel free to re-submit your own inquiry on their TD Helps page here: http://go.td.com/1Iam3rB.
Thanks again for writing in, Michele. Have a great one!
