Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Napattra. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Please understand that although you would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as this is considered an unsecured forum. Please know that you should be able to make an ATM withdrawal from any ATM machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo across the globe. If you are unable to use your card, you may not have a travel notification set at this time. A travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Additionally, for your protection, we will also continue to monitor card activity even when a notification is set, and the card may be blocked temporarily until we're able to verify the transactions.
To best assist you, we ask that you please give us a call, and a Banking Specialist will be happy to assist you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As we show that you're currently writing in from Bangkok, you may also contact us collect, with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
