Welcome to TD Helps, Pawel.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns to us today, and we'll be more than happy to help.
It sounds as though you may have performed an ATM deposit into your account, and unfortunately, your entire deposit was not credited to your account. If this is the case, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and would like to recommend that you connect with us directly so that we file a dispute on your behalf.
When looking to speak with one of our Specialist, you have a couple different options available to you. First, you're welcome to dial 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you're unable to call, you may also visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We apologize again for any inconvenience this may be causing you, Pawel, but we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Take care, and have a great start to your Thursday.
