Hey Marj, thanks for joining us here at TD Helps. We'd be happy to help!
To start off, here at TD Bank, we offer different types of accounts, each of which has its own balance requirement. We encourage you to review our Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF and our Savings accounts here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT. Please note balance requirements apply to each account individually unless otherwise noted with "combined minimum balance."
An OD Fee is an overdraft fee. Typically, if your negative balance exceeds $5 at the end of the day, we will charge you an overdraft fee for each transaction that overdraws your account.
Although we would like to assist you directly; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. If you have any questions pertaining specifically to your account, we recommend contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you. At that time, we’ll be able to review your account details and confirm the minimum daily balance requirement of your account with you.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for online banking, you're more than welcome to send a secure message via your online account with your inquiry. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” If you have not yet enrolled, please call us at the number listed above.
Also, we invite you to visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information on the Fee Schedule.
Please let us know if you have any other questions and have a great night.
