You should expect to receive your statements via mail within 7-10 business days after the last day of your statement cycle. Please note, depending on when the account was opened, the statement cycle ending date can be different.
You may locate your statement period by logging onto your TD Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you select the account you'd like to view this information for, please click on the "Account Details" tab. The "Previous Statement Date" provides the date your statement cycle begins.
If you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank debit card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank debit card or if you are experiencing any difficulties viewing your statements, you may contact our Banking specialists who are available 24/7. When calling our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, we do require account verification, for security purposes.
You may also call us at the number above to speak with one of our Banking Specialists, who after account verification would be more than happy to review your account with you and confirm when your cycle begins. Did you know that you can view your statements right online? After you log in, please see below for details on how to view your statements.
1. Click on the accounts tab at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
