I want to purchase a DVD and the only distributor I can find is in Italy. They say I can pay via SWIFT and they gave me some information specific to a SWIFT transfer.
1. Is this feasible?
2. How do I initiate a payment via SWIFT?
3. How can I track the payment transaction?
4. How long does the transaction take to settle?
5. How much does it cost to do the transaction?

Thanks for stopping by TD Helps today, Michael.
International wire transfers are typically sent out over an international communications system known as SWIFT, and settlement is arranged between individual banks. If you'd like to send a wire transfer, you may visit your local TD Bank Store with the SWIFT Address to initiate the wire. For a listing of TD Bank locations and hours, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. To complete a wire transfer, you must know the banking information of your recipient. When you send an international wire you will receive a Federal Reference Number which can be used as a way of tracking the transfer. Please note; the full Federal Reference Number is required to track the wire transfer, if needed. It should take no more than five business days for the wire transfer to be completed and received by the receiver. For a listing of any associated fees when sending a wire, please look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you have any further question, feel free to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank Store.
We hope this helps and have a nice day.
