I've been in Brazil for a while and I'm not sure why I haven't been able to access my online banking. I've move from my last address you guys have in the system but the person who lives there now it's still receiving letters from TD bank. How can I remove the address from you system?

Though we are unable to remove your address from your account information, we'd be glad to help you update it!
You are able to update by calling us 24/7! Feel free to call us from outside of the U.S. by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a landline telephone. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to help update your address and assist you in logging in to your Online Banking!
Once you're able to log in, you're also able to send us a secure message to update your address. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
