TD Bank is committed to being available when you need us. If you have moved to a country outside the United States, we do have some options for you to do all of your banking without the need to visit a TD Bank Store.
With our Online Banking, your accounts are easier to manage than ever! Whether you're checking a balance, transferring to savings or reviewing your account history, our powerful suite of online banking services has you covered. If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may log in by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you are not currently enrolled, you can sign up by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, if you have your TD Bank Visa Debit Card or ATM number, and a US Social Security number. If not, you're more than welcome to contact a Tech Support Specialist directly for assistance with enrollment. Once you're enrolled, you're welcome to use this service to help you keep track of your account, and you can even communicate with us whenever you'd like using our Secured Messaging service available once you log in. In the meantime, please contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
We respect your decision and can share some instructions with you if you still wish to close your TD Bank account. If your account is currently at a zero balance, our Banking Specialists would be more than happy to help after account verification. You can also send a Secure Message after logging in to your TD Bank online account as previously mentioned. Please find the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link to submit your request.
If your account has remaining funds, an easy way to close the account is via mailed written request. You may request to close your account and have any available money in your account be sent to you by check. You can mail a request with the following instructions:
