Hi Ellie, thanks for connecting with us here on TD Helps.
If you're enrolled in Online Banking you may confirm your interest rate by logging in and selecting the account in question. On the next page, please click on the Account Detail tab for this information.
Also, if you have any statements available, the interest rate will also be available on the top of the first page. Your statements are also available online. Once you're logged in you may click on the account and then the Statement & Notices tab. You will then be able to select a statement to view.
If you're not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to sign up, please click: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started.
Additionally, you may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a nearby TD location for this information as well. For a listing of our Stores and their hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Ellie and have a nice day!
