Good morning, William. We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance today. We'll be more than happy to help! Currently, you are able to access statements for any of your personal accounts for a period of seven years by simply logging into your Personal Online Banking, and we'll be more than happy to walk you through the steps for your first time! First, you'll want to log into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, don't worry! You can start by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address. Once you're able to fully access your account, you'll want to ensure that you have the 'Accounts' tab selected, which can be found towards the top, left hand side of your screen. Then, from here, you'll want to select the hyperlink for the account you wish to view statements for. Next, click on the green 'Statements and Notices' tab, which will bring you to all of the statements available for the current year. Should you need statements for a prior year, you can use the drop down box labeled 'Viewing From'. To completely view your statements, under the 'Details' section, simply select 'View'. This will open up a brand new page where you can review your full statement online, or even print them for your records. As a friendly reminder, if you would ever like to request paper copies of your statements, we're here to help! Banking Specialists can be reached by simply calling 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative in regard to your statement copy request. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. If you're unable to call or visit, that's okay. You can also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less. We sincerely hope this helps, William. Enjoy your weekend!
