They are trying to make a deposit of a check from my bank account to another bank in Miami (Wells Faargo) and they have not been able to do it. My account is active, but they are not allowed to make the deposit. I would like you to inform me, and if possible in Spanish, what can be done. If I wanted to make a transfer to this other bank, how much would the service cost? How long would it be effective?

We sincerely apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you may have written a check to a friend from your TD Bank account, and they are having trouble either cashing or depositing this check at their financial institution. While we are unable to provide you with additional details in regard to why your friend may be having trouble with their deposit at their financial institution, we'd be happy to make some recommendations on alternative ways you may be able to transfer funds to your friend from your account.
Here at TD Bank, we currently offer a Person to Person transfer service, called Send Money. Our Send Money feature can be accessed through your Personal Online Banking, and will allow you to transfer funds to anyone in the United States, free of charge. Send Money is easy to use, and if you have never used it before, we'll be more than happy to walk you through the steps.
To access the Send Money feature, the first thing you'll want to do is log into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, don’t worry! You can start the enrollment process by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. In order to complete this process, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you're able to fully access your Online Banking, towards the top of your screen, you should see a tab that reads 'Send Money'. If you have never used this service before, you may need to accept some terms and agreements, and after doing so, you will be brought directly to the Send Money feature.
When using our Send Money feature, it's important to note that you'll need the email address, phone number, or account number of the person you'll be transferring funds to.
Should you wish to send funds directly to their account, please know that you would also need their routing number. If you would rather send the funds to their email address, or via a text message, after you complete the transfer, they will receive instructions on how they may proceed to have the funds transferred directly to their account.
If you haven't yet added your friend to your contacts, you can do so by clicking on the 'Add New Contact' link, towards the right side of your screen. Simply enter in their first and last name, and then select if you would like to send the funds to their phone, email address, or their account number. After doing so, you will be prompted to enter in their information for whichever method you choose.
After saving this information, you will then be brought to the screen where you are able to select the amount you wish to send, and the delivery speed. Currently, for Instant Transfers, you need a TD Bank Visa Debit Card; however, you do not need a TD Bank Visa Debit Card for 3-day Transfers. Regardless of the delivery speed you choose, this service is still free.
After selecting the amount and the delivery speed of your transfer, simply confirm the account you wish to have this transfer be debited from, and then click 'Review'. This will bring you to a final screen, and after ensuring that all the information provided is correct, you will be able to send your transfer!

In addition to performing a Send Money transfer, if you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representatives about performing a domestic wire transfer to your friend.
If you would prefer to send a domestic wire, it's important to note that before you visit to a TD Store location, you will need the name, address, and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, as well as the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address, and the account number.
