I am Canadian. I own a house in Phoenix. I wish to get a home equity line of credit. Is it possible to get a home equity line of credit through TD. And what are the requirements. What do I have to supply and what is required of me?

Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to MARY, PHOENIX
Good evening, Mary and thanks for your question on TD Helps! We appreciate your interest in opening a line of credit with us and would be glad to discuss this with you.
At this time, TD is not authorized to lend in the state of Arizona due to federal regulations that prevent institutions from lending outside of their footprint. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Although this is the case, please note that as a Canadian, if you're interested in a mortgage or home equity product with TD Bank U.S. for a property within the States that we have Stores, you're more than welcome to apply. We'll be happy to view the guidelines for these applications with you. For assistance, we invite you to contact our Financial Solutions Group Specialists 24/7 by calling 800-YES-5020 (800-937-5020).
Hope this helps! Thanks again for stopping by and have a great evening, Mary.
