Good morning, i have a big problem, i live in venezuela and i have lost my account number and can´t log in to get my account information.

We'd first like to apologize that you're having so much trouble obtaining your account number via your Online Banking. Please know that while we would like to assist you directly, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, so we currently do not have access to your account or personal information; however, we'll be more than happy to get you in touch with someone who can.
As you may already be aware, the fastest and most convenient way to obtain your account number is to log into your Online Banking; however, as you're unable to do so, we'd like to recommend that you call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist. While our Specialists are unable to provide you with your account number over the phone, they'll be happy to assist you with gaining access to your Online Banking again. For your convenience, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply calling 1-888-751-9000. As you are currently not in the United States, you may also call collect with operator assistance, from any landline, by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
Once you are able to gain access to your Online Banking again, you can find your full account number under the 'Accounts' tab towards the upper left hand side of your screen. If you'd like, you're welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to log in directly.
If you're unable to call, you may also obtain your account number by reviewing any paper statements you may have handy, or you can also locate your account number on the bottom of any personal checks you may have for your account. Hello thank you for the response, it was very usefull, i have got my account number back. Now i want to know if there is an other way to communicate with the bank like skype or whatsaapp calls.

At this time we do not offer Skype or WhatsApp. If you need to get in touch with us while abroad you have the option of contacting us 24/7 at 1-856-751-9000, or you may also call collect with operator assistance, from any landline, by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
You also may send us a secured message if you are enrolled for online banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. Once enrolled you may send a secured message, by signing into your account here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and selecting 'Send a message'; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
