How can cancel an appointment online?

If your appointment is with a representative at TD Canada Trust, we recommend posing your question to TD Helps in Canada, by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. You can also contact TD Canada Trust directly by calling their 24/7 Customer Service line at 866-222-3456. We're certain they'll be able to provide you with instructions for cancelling your appointment.
If your appointment is with a TD Bank Store here in the United States, we'd be happy to help direct you. Your appointment can be cancelled by contacting the Store you're scheduled to visit. To get contact info for any of our Stores, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. You can also send us a secure message through your online or mobile banking with the specific date, time and location of your appointment. We'd be happy to pass the message along. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
