Hi Ali, thanks for writing in. We'll be glad to provide you with direction on how to check your balance via an ATM.
If you have a TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, you can stop by any ATM to check your balance. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be additional fees applied for this service. For more information about our current fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
To do so, once you input your card and enter your PIN, there will be an option to select Balance. Or, if you make a withdraw and opt to receive your receipt, your balance will be listed on there as well.
We'd like to take this opportunity to share with you that there are other convenient ways you can check your account balance free of charge!
If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging in to your account. Please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account to view recent activity.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions, please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
Please note, you can also access up-to-the-minute account balance and transaction information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling our automated banking system (IVR) at the number listed above. At any time during the call you may press 0 to be directed to a live Specialist who will be more than happy to review your account balance, after account verification.
