Good morning, Baria, and welcome to TD Helps!
We'll be happy to help you retrieve your account number!
The first, and easiest, way to do so would be to log into your Online Banking, where you will able to view your full account number from your account screen. To log into your Online Banking, feel free to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, you're more than welcome to contact a Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000, and while Specialist are unable to provide you with your account number over the phone, they'll be happy to finish the enrollment process for you, right over the phone.
Once you are logged into your Online Banking, you should be directed right to the accounts page of your Online Banking, where you will be able to view all of your account numbers under the 'Account Number' section. In the event that you're not taken directly to the accounts page, feel free to click on the tab that reads 'Accounts' towards the upper left hand side of your page.
If you currently have TD Bank's mobile app, you're also able to use this feature to find your account number. To begin, you'll first want to log in using your Online Banking credentials, which will take you directly to the main page. From here, click on the button that reads 'Accounts', also symbolized with a wallet. As you will only be able to view the last 4 digits of your account number from this screen, you'll next want to click on the account that you were hoping to retrieve the full account number for. Once you are viewing the full details of that account, click on the second tab that reads 'Details'. From here, you'll be able to view the last four digits of your account number again, and after clicking 'Show' you will have access to view the full account number right from your smart phone!
Another option you have to retrieve your account number would be to review your checks. On your checks, the account number would be the second set of numbers along the bottom. For an example, feel free to use the link here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63. Your account number is also printed on the top, right hand side of your statements.
If none of these methods are convenient for you, you're more than welcome to visit a TD Store location with a form of I.D., and a Representative will be happy to provide you with your account number. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Baria, and enjoy the rest of your day!
