I want to be able to deposit a US cheque in my TD Bank account in the US using the mobile app. But iTunes and the App Store won't let me access the app because my account is in the Canadian store and your app isn't available in that store. Is there a way I can download the mobile app so that I can make my deposit?

Hello, Daniel and welcome to TD Helps.
Currently our mobile application is only available within the U.S. App Store. We understand your concern and if you wish, please feel free to follow this link: http://bit.ly/USApps. If you're still unable to download by using this link, you may contact our 24/7 Tech Support Team at 800-493-7562 and they may troubleshoot with you while you are on the line with them.
In the meantime, you can mail your check to us. Banking by mail is simple and easy. All you would need to do is mail your deposit to the address below:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day.
If you need to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, you can ship it to the address below:
TD Bank Bank by Mail 140 Mill Street Lewiston ME 04243
Before mailing in your check, we recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day, Daniel!

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, the website link you gave me just took me to the same place where I started. It seems to me that you could get the TD Bank iPad app added to the Canadian store or find a way for someone like me to download it directly from your website.

Thanks for getting back to us, Daniel.
As our App is available for U.S. App Store only, if the settings on your phone are not in a U.S. based location, you may not be able to download due to the settings. We apologize for any difficulties this may have caused.
Let us know if you need further assistance, Daniel. Have a good day!
