I just set up a new account at TD and I want to close out my other account and send the remaining money to the new one. I just don't know how to access the old one online.

If you've recently opened a new deposit account with us, these are generally available to view online 1-2 business days after opening. Even if it is not a new account, some account types are not automatically displayed on Online Banking.
If you're not yet able to view your account and this time frame has passed, usually we can fix this issue quickly and easily for you. If this is the case, please contact us directly, so that we can add the account to your online view. You can reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
