Welcome to TD Helps, Susanne. We'd be happy to help you access your account.
If you're interested in viewing your accounts online, you'll be glad to know that signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an TD Bank ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose "Personal" from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card or Social Security number, please contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you over the phone, or visit your local TD Bank Store. Please find a list of our convenient Stores near you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you're set up, you can check your account anytime. Just direct your browser to www.tdbank.com and click on the Log In button on the right side, or use this link to get there: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Just enter the user name and password that you established and you can log in.
We've also noticed that you're writing to us from Canada. Our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team have answered a question similar to yours here: http://bit.ly/1NKSQri. If you do not find their reply helpful, feel free to submit your own question via the previous link. If you would like to speak with a TD Canada Trust Representative directly, take a look at their "Contact Us" page found here: http://bit.ly/1woOVay.
We hope this helps, Susanne and have a good afternoon.
