I am no longer able to log into my online banking portal since I closed my bank account 10/5/15 but I would like to have all statements from 2015 downloaded in PDF format. How can I acquire the documents?

As you mentioned that your account is currently closed, you would be unable to access digital copies of statement information at this time. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
To receive copies of your statements, we ask that you contact us directly. You are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, they will be glad to submit a request to have your statements mailed to your address. Please know that it may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
