Thank you for opening a new account with us, Muriel. We'd be happy to help you update your online access.
Typically, new accounts will automatically be displayed on your Online Banking profile two business days after the account is opened.
If you are still unable to view your account online or you would like to see it sooner, you are able to call us 24/7 to have the account added by dialing 888-751-9000.After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to assist you. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You are also able to submit your request while logged in to your online account by sending a secure message. You can send us a secure message by first logging into your profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once in, please select the "Customer Service" option at the top. From here, select "Send a Message" under the "Message Center." This will allow you to send us a request to add your new account to your existing online profile (please make sure you include the full account number). You should receive a response from us upon completion within 24-48 hours and at your next login, you'll be able to see your new account.
