Is it possible to add an account on my td bank mobile app..i just want to add my wife's account so i can transfer money anytime.

If you are a joint account holder the account should automatically appear on your existing Online and Mobile Banking within 1 business day. If, for some reason, your joint account with your wife doesn't show up, we ask that you give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be more than happy to link that account for you! If you'd prefer, you may visit any TD location for further assistance. If you are not a joint account holder and would like to make transfers to your wife's private account, we recommend using the Person-to-Person feature. You have the ability to initiate account transfers via Online Banking, however, this feature is currently unable to use on the Mobile App.
Once you're logged into tdbank.com, transferring funds is easier than ever with our new feature called "Person-to-Person" transfer which makes transferring funds online to other individuals at different institutions possible. "Person-to-Person" transfers enable you to send money via text, email or by creating a contact. It even allows recurring transfers.
