Welcome to the TD Helps community, Sheila. We're happy to help you get set up to help your mother.
In order for you to be added to her account as Power of Attorney, both you and your mother must visit a TD Bank Store together with your Power of Attorney document and present valid photo IDs. There is maintenance form that needs to be signed to complete the process. If for some reason, she is unable to visit the Store with you, she can contact the TD Bank that she opened her account at to see if you can be added remotely. To find a complete listing of locations and hours please view: http://go.td.com/TDStores.
We hope that this helps, Sheila. Feel free to reach out to us with any other questions.
