Welcome to TD Helps, Betty. We'd be happy to help you transfer to your son's account.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you have the option of transferring between accounts without leaving home! If you're an authorized signer on your son's account, once you're logged in, please click on the "Transfer" tab. You'll then need to enter in the amount you're looking to transfer, select the account it's coming from and the account it's going to, as well as whether this will be an Immediate or Scheduled Transfer then click "Continue." On the next page you'll confirm the details are correct then select "Complete Transfer."
If you are not a signer on your son's account, you both may visit a TD Store during lobby hours in order to become authorized. Please know that you will need to bring a valid photo I.D. (U.S. Driver's license, U.S. State ID or a U.S. Passport) and your Social Security Number. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
