Hey Emma, thanks for dropping by TD Helps with your question.
We are happy to hear you are looking to enroll for online statements. Online statements are safer, faster and greener than paper statements and we are happy to provide the steps on how to set this up!
Please follow this link to take you to the Log-in page for your Online Banking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’ve successfully logged in, please follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
If needed, you can change the email address on file where the Statement Alerts are going to be sent to, you can do so by selecting the "Add or edit email address" link under each account option. Another window will pop up for you to add a new email address or edit current email address. Once you've input the new information, please click on "Save Changes" box.
If you are having difficulties setting this up, you can call our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Specialists, who are available 24/7, would be happy to walk you through this. You could also stop by your local TD Store for assistance. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps Emma. Have a great one and feel free to stop by again if you have any other questions.
