I am on vacation in France and my card cannot be used.

One way to connect with us, without calling, while on vacation is to send us a secure message via your Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Account Number, Debit Card Number, Social Security number, and E-mail Address. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. In your message, please provide details regarding your issue and also include information that you are currently travelling. Please remember to provide the exact travel dates along with the destination(s).
