Thanks for joining us today, Tom. We'd be happy to help.
At TD Bank, we offer many different types of Checking accounts. Some accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fees. If you fall below your required daily minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle.
Based on the information you gave, it sounds like you may have a TD Convenience checking account. For more details on this particular account, please visit our TD Convenience Checking Account Guide here: http://bit.ly/18IVtY0.
We do offer different types of accounts, each of which has its own balance requirement. We encourage you to review our Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF and our Savings accounts here: http://bit.ly/1g5vhXQ. Please note balance requirements apply to each account individually unless otherwise noted with "combined minimum balance."
If you have any further questions, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and a Customer Service Representative would be happy to review your account with you. You may also visit us here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of sending a Secure Message through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to be, please click here to begin: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message."
We hope this helps, Tom. Please let us know if you need anything else.
