Hi there Julie,
We appreciate you getting in touch with us tonight and apologize for any concerns about your account security.
We'd like to reassure you that the only individual(s) who may access an account are the authorized account signers or owners.
It sounds as though you may have a joint account and you are concerned as to the transactions another owner may be conducting, we would like to remind you that all owners have equal rights and access to the account. If you do not wish to continue to share the account, we suggest that the account be closed. Once the account is closed, each individual may open a new personal account to which the other will not have access.
To better assist you with your concerns, Julie, we suggest that you reach us directly. We're sure that one of our Specialists can help when we review your account and your concerns in better detail. You can reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or at any TD Bank Store listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for writing in and we hope this will help.
Have a wonderful night and take care.
