Welcome to TD Helps, Michael. Thank you for sending your question this way.
If you are referring to either 1099-INT or 1098 forms, we're glad to inform you they were generated and mailed on January 31, 2015 to our Customers who earned more than $10.00 in interest for the year of 2014. However, we do have other options for you to find out how much interest you've earned prior receiving the forms.
You may give us a call, send a secure message or visit any TD Bank Store. You may to choose which option is most convenient for you! To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call 888-751-9000 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to advise you with the total interest earned info.
To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled, you may start the process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center."
As always, you are more than welcome to visit your local TD Bank store during lobby hours to obtain this info in person. You can find locations here: http://bit.ly/TDStores .
We hope this is helpful to you and please let us know if you have any other questions, Michael!
