Hello Carol, welcome to TD Helps.
To cancel an automatic monthly withdrawal from your TD Debit Card, we suggest you to first contact the merchant directly to confirm there will be no further debits presented to your account. If they are unable to assist you, you may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speak with a Customer Service Representative who can close your debit card to prevent any further debits from coming through. Please note, if you have any other automatic debits that are attached to your debit card, you will need to contact them to make alternative payment arrangements.
