Thank you for your question, Kelly. We'll be happy to provide you with the information needed to cancel your recurring transfer.
There are few different ways that a recurring transfer between your accounts can be established and would need to be cancelled accordingly. If you have initiated the recurring transfer via your Online Banking site, please first log onto your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and then following the steps below:
1. Click on the “Transfer” tab at the top of your screen.
2. Click on the “Scheduled Transfers” tab.
3. Click on “Edit”, which is blue and underlined next to the transfer you wish to cancel.
4. Select “Cancel transfer series.”
5. Click “Save Changes.”
We would be happy to assist you in making sure that the transfer is properly cancelled if you had requested this transfer series via phone or by visiting one of our TD Bank Store locations. Please call us, we're available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. If you'd like, you can also send us a Secured Message via your online account to request a cancellation, or stop in at any TD Bank Store. To message us, log in to your online account and click the Customer Service tab, then use the Send a Message link to provide us with your request. Please include specific account details so that we can best assist you. Or if you'll be stopping into one of our convenient Store locations, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for your nearest Store.
We hope this helps out, Kelly and let us know if you have any further questions.
