If you'd like to cancel your TD debit card; however, don't have telephone access at this moment, you may stop by your local TD Bank Store location to have your debit card canceled in person. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you'd like to have a new debit card issued, our friendly Store Representatives can assist you while you're there. You can even walk out with a new card in your hand!
Another way to submit this request is by sending us a Secure Message with your online banking profile. If you're already enrolled for online banking, please first log on to your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the “Message Center” If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a Secure Message.
