Hello, i have a $20 weekly transfer from my checking to my savings account, and wanted to cancel it. I read the forum here where i could cancel it from Transfer, Scheduled Transfers, but i do not see any listing there, saying: "No transfers are currently scheduled."
Is there any solution to this, why doesnt my transfer appear there but every week transfer occurs?

Hi Endri, there are a couple of options you have for setting up a transfer. Thanks for stopping by and we'll be glad to tell you more.
Automatic transfers between your accounts at TD Bank can be set up via your Online Banking account, or with a Representative. Since you checked your online account and didn't locate any recurring transfers scheduled there, the transfers were established for you by one of our Specialists at a prior time.
To cancel these series of transfers is no problem. Please call us and we'll be happy to help – we're available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. If you'd like, you can also send us a Secured Message via your online account to request a cancellation, or stop in at any TD Bank Store. To message us, log in to your online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and click the Customer Service tab, then use the Send a Message link to provide us with your request. Please include specific account details so that we can best assist you. Or if you'll be stopping into one of our convenient Store locations, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for your nearest Store.
