I just got married & need to change my name on all of my accounts.

To change your name and how it appears on your account, we do require you to visit a TD Store for security purposes. You will need to bring a copy of your marriage certificate or other legal document stating your change in name and a valid photo ID (Driver's license, Passport, State issued photo ID, etc.). Does the valid photo ID have to have your new name?

If your photo ID has not been updated to your new married name, we would ask for your marriage certification. However, if your Photo ID has been updated, it is not necessary to provide your marriage certificate.
