We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for your answers, and it sounds as if you are in need of changing the phone code you previously set for TD Bank's IVR feature. If this is the case, we ask that you call and speak with a Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and after verification, they'll be more than happy to assist you with having this information reset, as well as answering any questions or concerns you may have.
In addition to calling, if it's not convenient for you, you're welcome to visit a TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative about having this reset. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition to using our IVR system for your banking needs, we're happy to announce that you're also welcome to take advantage of TD Bank's Online Banking! You're able to access your Online Banking from the comfort of your own home, and also by using TD Bank's Mobile Banking app right from your smart phone. By using TD Bank's Online Banking, you're able to perform the same transactions you would have access to using the IVR, such as checking your balance, performing transfers, viewing all of your pending and posted transactions, and much more!
If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, don't worry! You can start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY0. You will need your Social Security Number, Debit Card Number, Account number, and a valid email address to finish the enrollment process, and once you have done so, you'll have immediate access.
